The Ladies race over 4.000 meters ( 2 laps )will start at 12 noon and include Senior, Junior and under 18 Ladies.

The men’s Senior race over 10.000 meters ( 4 laps ) will start immediately after ladies race and include Senior, Junior and under 18 Men. The Junior and under 18 men will run 6.000 meters ( 3 laps ).

1st 3 men-1st over 40-45-50-55 and junior.

1st 3 Ladies-1st over 35-40-45-50 and junior.
