The ever popular TQS fit4life league at St.Augustines College.Abbeyside.on Tuesday night’s at 7 p.m. Registration begins at 6.30 p.m. The entry fee is €2 per night and all are welcome. This league is ideal for those who have never ran before as it is a predict you time run and suitable for all standards,. The usual one, two, three or four laps will be on offer and each person may run whatever distance they wish.Ideal also for beginners.
