The Dungarvan Business Centre 10K is the fourth and final race of the Michael Roche Carpets Spring Series.
The race starts at 11 am with entries taken at the Dungarvan sports centre.Quanns behind Parish Church in the town,(same venue as that used for Quantum life Dungarvan 10) from 9.30 am onwards. The race itself starts close by. Entry fee is 8 euros. Changing, showers, refreshments and prize-giving will all take place at the Sports centre.
The following are the race categories for The Dungarvan 10k.
Men’s 1st 3, 1st Junior, 1st over 40,45,50,55,Team event, 1st Men’s teams,
Ladies first 3,1st Junior,1st over 35,40,45,501st Ladies team.
1.Individual winners of Men’s and Ladies races can come from any category.
2.Teams consist of 3 athletes.
3. Plenty of spot prizes will be raffled among non-prize-winners.
4. .One prize per athlete applies.
5. Entry fee is 8 Euro
The Michael Roche Carpets overall series prizes will also be awarded at this race.
