A four week league held in the Friary College. The mile is run over 4 laps of the 400 metre grass track. Runners are put in to groups, sub 8 minute mile, sub 7 minute mile, sub 6 minute mile. Your accumulative time over the four weeks determines your overall score. Begins at 7.30 p.m. and all are welcome.
